iPod touch XPlay... or something similar?

Guys...

Need to get some tracks off my Touch - is there any way to do this at present?

I know that progs like XPlay allowed us to do this on the older gen iPods - but as the Touch doesn't allow disk use, is it possible?

I've had a look at the iTunes_Control folder, and I can see all the .mp3's - but they've got knackered up names! Can't tell what's what.
