I downloaded xpostfacto on my ibook g3 so i could install tiger. when i try to open xpostfacto it bounces on the status bar (i think that what its called, idk lol) like its opening but then it just goes away. i am running os x 10.0 by the way.

According to the XPostFacto site, it needs 10.2 (although it'll also run on 9.2 if you have that).

Edit: That's for XPostFacto 4. You may be able to run an earlier version on 10.1.

Edit Edit: XPF 3 doesn't support Tiger, so you need to use XPF 4.

You're right about 4 needing 10.2+. Last version I used needed 10.1+ so I guess it was 3 or older. This was 2003-04 so it's hard to remember.

I just checked to confirm myself and yes it does indeed need 10.2+

so.. is there any programs similar to xpostfacto that i could use without updating my OS? i dont have os 9 :( lol
