Xprotect and warnings (Adload and Pirrit). Do I have a malware?

Hello everyone,

Today I opened Silent Knight app to see if it needed to be update and it showed me warnings on Xprotect. I have then opened Xprotect to see what was wrong and got the results you see in the attached image. Does my mac got a malware? I have not downloaded anything new lately. Can any of you help me? I'm on Sonoma latest version available and I have a mac mini M1.

No malware. XProtect scan canceled by OS in favor of other processes.
