Hi. Posting this on behalf of a friend of mine. Hoping you guys can help.

I bought an Amazon Refurbished iPhone XR 2 weeks ago. I normally charge wirelessly using a 7.5w wireless charging pad and the phone worked perfectly fine until today when it won't charge past 90%. I have checked the battery health and it reports as 100% capacity and peak performance capability. I've even tried charging wired using the 5w adapter and it maintains 90% charge. I am running IOS 12.4.1. Any help would be appreciated.

Why are you charging past 80 anyway.

I only say this if you really care about battery health being high so when you sell it you can get max amount for the unit. Ignore comment and charge the way you want.

(at the expense of battery health)
