Hi all,

Owning an iPhone is not what it used to be. I have the Xs Max since it was released. I have experienced a few times where the phone just freezes and nothing is working. Sometimes FaceID is not functioning as well - it is not even trying to scan my face.

My latest issue is that content is flickering on the screen and I really don't know why. For example, when I go to Phone app all the digits and symbols are flickering for a few seconds - I feel like I am in the matrix or something...

The phone was set up as a brand new when purchased. I have never dropped my phone or expose it to water. The phone does not have a single scratch or anything.

Have anyone here experienced such problems? Should I consider bringing it back to the official reseller of Apple products for my country and request diagnostics and a replacement?

I’ve been noticing this too. I feel like my phone is more sluggish and locks up for a bit; swipes aren’t as responsive, etc.
