iPhone XS Max XS MAX- Issue with touch screen responsiveness?

Anybody having issues where in some apps the touch screen doesn't pickup your finger tapping or swiping? I didn't have this issue with the iPhoneX. But sometimes when scrolling on the screen, it doesn't detect me dragging the screen to scroll, or putting my finger down to stop. I did reboot. Didn't want to do a restore yet.. Was there a setting to show how much pressure to read your finger? I thought there was but can't find it.

me have same issues
