I'v noticed for the past few months that when I run a speed test using 3 different speed test apps, all give the same results, that the wifi speeds seem to be throttled at around 30 Mbps down on a 50 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up DSL connection. The results are the same on 2 different routers, Linksys EA7500 and a Netgear AC1900 R7000.

Both routers are setup with their bands separated and it doesn't seem to matter what band it's connected to 2.4GHz or 5GHz. Both routers have their latest firmware and have been reset to factory defaults. The only thing that helps is to hard reset the phone. I have reset network settings many times and as with the hard reset it will fix it for a few mins and sometimes a couple of hours but then go back being throttled.

I'm on the latest iOS beta but like I said this has been happening for a few months now. Any idea what would be causing this? Other devices do not seem to be affected that are on the same network.
