Hi just upgraded to XS and having problems already, my phone doesn’t ring when receiving calls, have checked everything I can. I can listen to music and it’s not muted just doesn’t ring when I get a call or messages so missing everything, spoken to Apple support no idea other than to take it to a store nearest one about an hour away need my phone can’t be without it as use for work, has anybody else had this problem if so how did you fix it or did you have to get new phone? Thanks
