XS Wi-Fi flickering?

ive never experienced this on a iPhone before and my wife’s new Xr doesn’t do it either.

But when I am using wifi the wifi indicator flashes the top bar constantly. Seems to happen when I’m activity using wifi. Signal strength isn’t an issue.

I have to every so often turn off/on my wifi on the phone too.

Any ideas?
 
You got a dud I think. Like I had. Go to the WiFi settings and if the network keeps popping on and off like it searching then you got a dud
