xServe G4 Drive Sled

Today a dual G4 1GHz xserve fell into my lap for free. The only problem is that it does not have any drive sleds in it. Does anyone know where I might find an empty xserve PATA drive sled at a decent price? I am seeing prices up to $400 on ebay and that is a little ridiculous. Has anyone made their own adapters?
