xserve g5 proccesor

I have xserve with single processor G5 2Ghz. Now I want to buy second CPU for this server, but can't find exact model. Looking through ebay I found that the model of G5 CPU is the same, except radiator or fan (massive and huge "silver" part). xserver is 1U, so there a question arises: will this processor (for desktop use) fit the xserve?
