XSlimmer - How to restore programs that are messed up?

I only wanted to test it with yahoo messenger, but it started doing the whole genie list.

Thankfully I stopped it after it did my address book. I had it backup the data. How do I use the backup it created?

I want to put the address book back to normal.

I figured it out. They never told me I had to be in the administrator account to restore some of them.


Phew. I was worried for a minute.
