Xvid Help.

I've got some files in xvid format, and I got the plug in for quicktime. I can't seem to get them to open up for me at all, though. Any help?

VLC will be able to playback Xvid files

If you're getting plug-ins for QT, I recommend Perian over anything else. It's a fantastic plug-in, and should play Xvids just fine.

From what I've seen, the most current version of xvid doesn't have plug-ins yet for quicktime. On my machines this causes different types of playback problems. The most current version of vlc runs the latest xvid incodes fine. Haven't tried them with the latest version of Perian though.
