I have a Y-Cam SD Black running firmware 4.50 which is the latest and last updated in 2014. I am based in the UK

My network is Virgin Superhub 2 used in modem mode connected to a new AEBS ac which is in DHCP & NAT mode. I have then got a further AEBS ac (set up as create wireless network) rather than extend wireless network to protect as signal. I am running the latest version of Airport Utility and OSX.

I have configured the y-cam so I can connect internally to my network (switched the IP address etc so rather than 192.... It's now 10..... Etc.

Problem is I cannot access this from my iPhone when away from home. I am entering my external IP address and relevant port but nothing is happening. I have tried to port forward from the AEBS but this has no impact. I have checked my Superhub which does do port forwarding but this is not selectable as its in modem mode.

Anyone have any ideas?
