Yes. As far as I know, it does. I got a MacBook a few weeks ago and it can do 802.11n without the enabler.

any of the macbooks sold after the enabler was out do not require it for n to work, so yours would have worked under Tiger. My guess is that it would be included in Leopard, but I don't know for sure.
 
Does "N" enabler come with Leopard? NO mention of this anywhere, so I thought I'd ask before I purchase both. Thanks!

Since you are planning to buy both, why not just buy leopard and see if it enables 802.11n. If not then buy the n enabler later.

Seems the most logical course of action to me.
 
Just got Leopard and it now appears that it is N enabled without buying the separate download from apple. Just thought I'd pass along the knowledge.

Wireless Network Adapter (802.11 a/b/g/n) now shows up in Network Utility.
