Yahoo - Able to Receive but not Send

I can receive mail on the phone just fine but when I reply, it never ends up making it to the recipient.

Thoughts?
 
I had the exact same problem today. Yahoo was working fine prior to today. Funny thing is I was able to send using Wifi but not Edge.
 
Multiple people are reporting this issue in forums. I ran a test and see the same issue. Apparently, Apple and Yahoo know about the problem.
