yahoo autocomplete address

Hello good people,

I am new to apple laptops. Would appreciate if someone can help me in this matter. While composing emails my browser does not autocomplete the email address and I have to go through the address book to look for the addresses. I did not have similar problem when I was using windows. Thanks in advance.

It works perfectly in safari for me. It does not in firefox.
