Yahoo email contacts missing

Got the iPhone 4 a week ago; great device. I had no problem setting up my Yahoo email but when writing a new email, I notice that the Yahoo email contacts are not available. It looks like that if I've received an email from someone since I've had the phone, that the person's email address is available for the most part. I cannot locate a Yahoo Contacts folder.

Any ideas on this?

It uses the contacts on your phone, not the Yahoo contacts.

OK. Then I need to manually add all of my email contacts into the iPhone Contacts app? Ugh.
