I use my iphone 4s to access my Yahoo email account. I've run into a problem where the email is deleted off the Yahoo mail server once I access it on the iphone. I'd like to leave a copy of the emails on the email server. I tried changing the iphone email account to an Imap server on Yahoo but I am still losing the emails off the server. The iphone doesn't offer an option to leave a copy of the email on the Yahoo server. Does anyone have a fix for this?

I had this problem before and switched to POP if I recall and then in advanced settings for the account, incoming->delete from server->deleted from phone->never

can also try keep messages for offline viewing in your mail settings. Not sure if anything has changed as I'm used to my GSII now, but I'm pretty sure that's how I fixed that error.
 
Did that fix your problem? Hope that helped, I know it was annoying as hell when I was trying to fix it as I had multiple yahoo business accounts.
