Yahoo finance app notification no sound (even with sound option checked)

The Yahoo Finance app on my iPad Pro 10.5 never delivers notifications with sound, even with the sound option checked and do not disturb turned off as the screenshots show. The same thing occurs in iPadOS 13.6 and 14.0 and 14.0.1. Does anyone suffer from this issue and could anyone please advise how can I make the Yahoo Finance app deliver notifications with sound? Based on my search, Yahoo Finance seems to be the only app that allows an unlimited number of alerts for an unlimited number of stocks for free (other apps charge monthly subscription fees). Hey Wonderaboutipad, I suffer with the same problem on iPad and iPhone as well. I have all the notifications enabled.

The problem is solved after I upgrade iPadOS (mine version is 14.2) and Yahoo Finance App (mine version is 7.14.2).
I also used Webull whose alert feature allows a custom text note.
