Yahoo in Mail?

I have heard of a plug in that allows you yo have yahoo or hotmail in Mail. What is it?

But to be honest I just use Audium as my messenger and it lets me know when I have an email in my Hotmail and Yahoo accounts and who it is from then I just use Safari to view them.

Well I downloaded the plug in. all I need to know is how to set it up in mail.
