My last yahoo account was accessed on my iPhone 11 Pro Max but when I upgraded to another device even with my actual password saved, yahoo-mail still give my the invalid password feedback and still when I choose to regain my password assuming what I entered is incorrect, there sign-in robot ruin and repeat all my code retrieval exercise and ends up with the sign in again. I really don’t know what to do at this point because this is the 3rd yahoo mail I’ve created so far. Who else has experienced this pls share

There’s been a flood of yahoo mail password reset phishing emails sent out worldwide that aren’t from yahoo and don’t link to yahoo servers.
It looks legitimate enough (until you see the actual email address that sent it) and if you click the link in the phishing email it will take you to a fake yahoo password reset page / and if you enter your info there - you just got screwed.

You didn't mention which mail client you are using. Assuming Apple Mail, copy your password and paste it into the password field of yahoo mail in a web browser. If that works paste it into the password field for your yahoo settings for mail.
