Yahoo! Messenger version 3 has been updated to beta 2 after some delay. It was about 3 months ago that they released the second version of beta 1 and the original was about 9 months before that.
When I first started beta 2, it gave me a crash reporter dialog box, which didn't surprise me because beta 1 crashed a lot. However, it seems every time I start it, I get the dialog box so far.
The application hasn't changed much yet. They're still trying to get the basics working properly. It tells you how many e-mails you have at the envelope icon and gives you detailed e-mail information in the GROWL notification.
