They do. But the panels they use are factory rejects. These monitors are more or less a lottery. You can get a decent panel, but you can also get something subpar. The electronics (PSU etc.) is probably on lower quality end, seeing how cheap these displays are. And I don't think that warranty on them are worth anything — the company is in Korea and as far as I know, has no legal representatives outside Asia.
