YAY more problems

I found out that removing the super drive fixes the install issues for the 09 but not the 11 and only using the usb drive furthest from the user. but the 09 keeps crashing and crashing if i full screen anything from photos. and is still suffering sleep wake crash and crash during light browsing. issue occurs no matter if i use integrated Nvidia 9400 card or the dedicated 9600 GT. I use kryonaught paste and run the fans max and still crashes so its not thermals. Could it be the infamous capacitor? despite the motherboard "looking" scary new without any brown signs of oven reflowing. Ive done heavy cpu,graphics and ram tests with no failures. the left speakers are almost dead btw. the battery is in great health with only 231 cycles and lasts for about 5 hours idle and 3-4 on safari.
