My ibook is coming so i was hoping to feed it a protein-shake so it can beat its brethren the powerbook.

my price range is up to liek 150 dollars and i believe its the PC2700 (333MHz) DDR SDRAM type..

any good quality chips

As you may already know, crucial's site is finally updated. I just ordered a gig stick for about $140 w/tax. I would suggest going there.
 
Only buy RAM from places that give guarantees that the RAM will work in Macs. Personally, when buying RAM for Macs I only trust datamem and crucial.
