I just got my iphone 3g today....I read earlier in the week that there was yellowing issue with the screens. I dont have a completely yellow screen but i have a yellowish blotch in the lower left side of the screen, and when the screen in any thing that has white backgrounds it distinctive, noticable, and annoying ...Does anyone else have this and does the firmware fix it.

I think a lot of people are just crying about this for no reason. My family has 4 3g iPhones. I also have 4 friends that have them. Two of those friends have first gen iPhones and the screen on the newer ones look much better.

I dont think i have the same issue everyone else has... mine is a yellow blotch on white screens and on a black screen it looks like someone is holding a flashlight up against the screen from the inside.
