Sayer macrumors 6502a Jan 4, 2002 981 0 Austin, TX Feb 3, 2009 #2 It means there is a problem with the drive in that slot, and you should either replace the drive or remove and reinsert the carrier. Use your Xserve admin utility software for more info.

F foidulus macrumors 6502a Jan 15, 2007 904 1 Feb 3, 2009 #4 I would also run RAID admin on the thing as it gives you useful diagnostic information as well as log messages that can be useful in determining the issue.
