Yellow screen on my iPhone 3g

Hello,
I just had a serious concern this morning on my iPhone 3G, Jailbreak firmware 4.1 version,
it was flat load When I connected the USB mode a yellow screen is appearing for 30 min now.!
is there a solution without using Jailbreak methods again!?
Thank you in advance it's quite urgent!!
