Yelp/Address links Route to TOMTOM

Hello, is there any way by ios6 or jailbreak to route address links to open TOMTOM USA* instead of apple maps?

for instance when i look up a restaurant in yelp it finds the address but when i click on it it opens in apple maps which im sure it is integrated with... BUT is there a way to route it to open in TOMTOM instead?
