There have been multiple reports of people using :apple: Pay at contactless card readers outside the US. So far, I've seen posts from Dubai and New Zealand.

You must have a card issued by a US bank that supports :apple: Pay. You may also have to change a region setting on your phone to the US to be able to load the card into your Passbook.

Anyone else want to try it and post your experience?
