Hey guys, sorry for posting another battery life thread. But i've started felling that the battery of my mbp is not as good as it should be.

I have a MBPr 13" 2014. And I'm having between 5 and 6 hour battery life. As you can see in this picture the battery health is around 88%. I know Apple probably won't replace it since it is over 80%. I bought this machine from BHPhoto last September, so I still have a couple of months of warranty left.

What do you think? Should I file some kind of claim ? Would Apple change my battery ?

Thanks in advance!

They won't replace it with 88% left. 5-6 hours is not bad depending on usage. If you watch for example a lot of HD YouTube videos that can really chew up the battery.

Take a look at this screen in Activity Monitor and it will show you which app is using the most power.

You have nothing to file a claim with, your battery's just fine and 5-6 hours is great battery life depending on usage.

Delete coconut battery and enjoy your machine.
