Heck of a way to start, eh? Yep, I spilled Coke on my keyboard. My own fault, no one to blame but me. I got it pretty much cleaned up, but now my letter 'd' is dead. (I copied a letter 'd' from other text and I am pasting it when ever I need it...you don't realize how much you use a letter until it isn't working anymore.

I picke the key off, gently cleaned to no avail. Am I screwed ? There is no apple store in where I live....is my poor injure puter headed back to Apple?
thank you for your time,
amy

Check for an Apple authorized repair shop near you.

They are a lot less picky then Apple stores and generally don't care about warranty as long as you're not out of the time of coverage. If you get it to them and just say your D key is dead they might just swap the upper case and be done with it.
