Hi,

To switch my music over to a mac should i turn my iPod (windows formatted) into Hard Drive mode then copy & paste all of my music files to the iPod Hard Disk. Then when i get my mac what do i do, where do I put the music files for iTunes to recognize files. With my PC do i deauthorize it (since i'm selling it). After getting the files in iTunes on the new Mac (not MAC lol), should i clear my iPod and reformat as a Mac?

How does that sound?

Does it make one feel especially special to post a brand new thread even though there's one exactly like it posted 5 minutes ago? Maybe this should be put in the Forum Read Me First Sticky.

I'm making sure that is the correct process- I always double check with things- I must make sure I get things straight!
