I thought I had followed you a long time ago, but apparently I had not. Hadn't see you in a while so I went looking.
It simply means you have a follower. There is nothing nefarious about it. I cannot see anything more than what you've set the forums to allow to be seen.
If you follow me back you won't see anything of mine that isn't set to public.
