Has anyone experienced this problem or possibly know how to fix?

I have been syncing my Yojimbo database with my .Mac account for months and yesterday I had to re-install OS X. I have now re-installed Yojimbo and enabled syncing with .Mac but its not restoring any of my items :confused:

If anyone has any insight, please let me know - I need to get this information back, there is very important data there.

Sorry for the bump, but I need to find a solution. Tech support for Yojimbo is not answering their dang phones and they have not responded to my email (over 24 hours)...
