Yosemite and iTunes are a mess

Look, I love apple products but they've been really been disappointing lately. My iMacs have WiFi issues on 10.10.1. iTunes 12.0.1 (both windows and OS X) are horrifically unreliable with both AppleTV 2 and 3 with Home Sharing. Finally, Yosemite's SMB support is completely broken when connecting to a SMB share that's formatted with ReFS. It shows up as FAT and won't allow files larger than 4GB! Does apple respond to bug reports?
