Yosemite and MS Office 2008 - Weird font issue

Hi,

Since installing Yosemite on my mid-2004 rMBP, I've noticed that the standard fonts in Microsoft Office 2008 are quite pixelated/blurry. This goes for both content and the actual UI of the apps. Has anyone else noticed this and is there anyway to remedy this?
