Yosemite and multiple user accounts

So, having just installed Yosemite in a multi-user environment, I immediately noticed that users that didn't sign into iCloud would have the bookmarks in Safari from another user who had previously signed in with their user account.

Anyone else had this problem?

That seems like a fairly large oversight!

Just tried, doesn't happen here.

I double checked. Sure enough, the bookmarks are all there from another user.

I upgraded from Mavericks, so that may have done something.
