Yosemite Beta - Spotlight Conversions

Just thought id try out the conversion feature for spotlight, i typed in $45 and it converted it to many currencies but the thing i noticed right away is it assumes my current location uses american dollar, and it shows the Australian equivalent, does anyone know any way to change the default settings to Australia?
 
I'm wondering if that's based on the Region setting in the Language & Region System Preference?

Edit: Huh, I changed it to a few different places and it didn't seem to do anything.
