I have a 2 hard drives in my MacBook, one for OS X and the second one for Windows 7 and general data. So I used bootcamp to install Windows 7 on the second drive and everything went smoothly then I booted into Windows and used disk management to divide the the Windows drive into two partitions, one being for Windows 7 (NTFS) and the other to be for general data to be shared by OS X & Windows, formatted it to exFat. That went well.

I can see that data partition fine in Windows but when I open disk utility it does not appear. Any ideas?

*One more problem post bootcamp install: Yosemite for some reason now mounts the recovery HD which used to be hidden.
