Yosemite handoffs?

Does the beta NOT get handoffs or notifications from iOS8? I have been running the beta Yosemite since day one.....beta 3 now.

Upgraded the iPhone and iPad yesterday to iOS8. Phone rings, nothing on Mac. MSG comes, nothing on Mac.

Is there something to "turn on" or is it not implemented yet?

There are many reasons for why this could happen. Maybe your Mac isn't supported. Etc.

There are various threads discussing how to get handoff working.

The Mac is supported. Late 2012 MacBook Pro Retina.

Phone calls in and out are now working...but there is NO SMS either direction.

And I did go through that thread, and tried ALL of that.

SMS is disabled until October, probably when Yosemite is live.

Well, that explains it then. It's not like I haven't gotten used to waiting with Apple.

Great products! But they dangle the bait and make us wait!
