Desperate for some help on this one...upgraded a mid-2011 iMac to Yosemite today and it seems any program related to iCloud services gives nonstop spinning beach ball. Go into Preferences> iCloud, it won't load, only beach ball. Go to Preferences> Accounts, I can view Gmail and other accounts, but click on iCloud...yep...beach ball. So I can't sign out or delete any accounts to actually try and fix the issue.
Mail, Contacts, same thing. Local programs not connected to iCloud work fine--Photoshop, Word, etc. Tried rebooting, tried deleting/renaming some com.apple.cloud plists, nope. Reinstalled Yosemite, same problem. Tried fixing permissions, no help.
Yosemite gives me no problem on my MacBook Pro, but this iMac is next-to unusable like this. Any ideas at all?
