yosemite made my macbook white lag?

so yeah I've had this macbook white from 2011 i think for 3-4 years or a little more and before i had os x mavericks but they deleted it i think so now i got this yosemite and i like it but the only bad thing is i lag like 3x more... What is this? Is it gonna get fixed ??

You need to wipe your drive and do a fresh install off a recovery drive. All my three macbooks were dog slow and laggy after upgrading. It seems something is horribly broken with the upgrade feature.

Currently running Yosemite from a fresh install on my main Macbook, a 5,2 with 4GB ram and a Crucial 240GB SSD. Runs like a dream ever since i wiped and reinstalled.
