Yosemite screen flicker problem

I have a early 2013 rMBP that with a screen flickering issue. It was really frequent after the upgrade, but with a fresh install, is much less frequent. Basically, the screen goes black for a second, comes back, and the console puts up "10/27/14 12:29:21.575 AM WindowServer[133]: Found 1 modes for display 0x003f003f [1, 0]"

Is anyone else seeing this?
