Yosemite shutdown screen issue

I did a clean install of Yosemite when it was released yesterday. One thing I notice is that the shutdown time is much shorter than Mavericks. But the shutdown screen does not seem right. It looks like the symptom mentioned in this thread:

I had this one time in Mavericks. But a clean installation of Mavericks fixed it. Does anyone else have this in Yosemite? Any idea how to fix it?
