Yosemite slow start on late 2013 rMBP 13'

Hello
my mac after the installation of yosemite become a little slower on start and shut off....
iI tried to reset pram and I have nothing relevant on start... The hard disk is quit empty (200 GB on 256)
So i don't know what i can do...
Is not a really big problem but on mavericks it really fly! On yosemite a lot worse
