Yosemite user permissions

Hi,

Is it possible to set up a user profile in Yosemite so that they only have access to Numbers, Pages, Safari and they are prohibited from installing apps (from the App Store and from installing dmgs)

If so how would I do this

Have you checked out Parental Controls?
