You can AirPlay on a Synology NAS (plus iOS)

In case you didn't know you can use a Synology NAS as an audio AirPlay player. You'll need to add a USB to audio adapter to the NAS.

As an added bonus you can use an iOS device to playback music without an iTunes server (albeit less elegant than iTunes IMHO) using Synologys audio player.
