So apparently T-Mobiles JUMP Program had fine print that no one ever read.

You can't complete a JUMP Upgrade if you use your iPhone insurance claims.

Your phone will be protected against wear and tear etc, but however, what they don't tell you is that by using that, those actually are your JUMP upgrades.

So if you buy insurance, and use them, you're no longer eligible for JUMP.

You won't be able to Just Upgrade My Phone while on Just Upgrade My Phone. It won't be getting upgraded.
